Delete my account
You can delete your GlowMinder account and all associated personal data at any time. This page is the web form — you can also do this from inside the app, Settings → Your data → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your skincare and wellness profile, health flags, and subscription state.
- Your generated routines and full daily tracking history.
- Any progress photos you stored.
- Notification preferences and device push tokens.
What we retain
- An anonymised tombstone entry in our compliance log recording that deletion happened (no personal data — required by GDPR Article 30 record-keeping).
- Anonymised analytics events with your user_id replaced by NULL, for product analytics only. These are pruned after 90 days regardless.
- Support correspondence is redacted (email scrubbed) but kept for the legal record of the conversation.
Timing
Deletion is scheduled for 30 days from your request. Within that window you can cancel by replying to the confirmation email we send. After 30 days the deletion is irreversible.
