Delete my account

You can erase everything GlowMinder holds about you at any time, and you do not have to ask us to do it.

The fast way

Open GlowMinder, go to Me, and choose Delete account. Everything is erased immediately. There is no waiting period, no email to confirm, and nothing for us to approve. This is the route we recommend, and it is the only one that can reach your data reliably.

1.What gets deleted

Straight away, from our servers:

  • Your anonymous identity and the profile attached to it: name, age, gender, country, city, skin type, concerns, and preferences.
  • Your health flags, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, and medication answers.
  • Your full scan history and your latest analysis, your generated routine, and your routine completion record.
  • Your AI request logs, your cached scan results, and your recorded AI consent.
  • Your reminder settings, timezone, and notification token.

And at the same moment, from your device:

  • Your shelf and any product photos you took, your saved product checks, your conversation with Glow, your water log, and your profile picture.

There were never any skin photos to delete. They are sent to our AI provider for analysis and are not stored by us. See our privacy policy for the detail.

2.What survives, and why

  • A deletion record. A dated log entry showing that a deletion happened, so we can demonstrate we honoured it. It holds no profile, no skin data, and no photos.
  • Anonymised analytics events.Events like “setup completed” are kept with the link to you removed, and are deleted automatically 90 days after they were recorded.
  • Support messages. If you have written to us, the conversation is kept for our records with your email address removed from it.

3.If you no longer have the app

This form cannot erase an account on its own

GlowMinder accounts are anonymous. There is no email address on them, so nothing submitted here can be matched to your account automatically, and this form does not trigger a deletion. It opens a request that a person reviews and actions by hand, and we will write to the address you give us if we need anything to identify your data.

If the app is still installed, close this page and use Me, then Delete account. That is the only route that erases you immediately and with certainty.
