Common questions
- I can't sign in to my account.
- Use the email/magic link option in the app. If you still can't get in after 10 minutes, send us a message — include the email you registered with.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- In-app via your subscription settings, or via your App Store / Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes — open the app → Settings → Your data → Export. We send you a JSON file with everything you've submitted plus signed links to your progress photos (valid 24 hours).
- I want to delete my account.
- Use the in-app delete option, or fill the form on our /delete-account page. Either route schedules deletion for 30 days out and sends you a confirmation email.
